Great idea, still has bugs

I apply benefits purchased through work to get Metra tickets. Sometimes I need to buy them with a split payment between whats left of my monthly benefit and cover the rest with my personal credit card. The app has an issue where if you edit the amount you want split between the two methods of payment, a banner ends up blocking the link you need to hit for purchase! So you are stuck and have to restart the app and either dont get your ticket, or purchase it in the way the app automatically splits the cost. Its too bad you cant post screen shots here to better show the issue.

Doesnt work sometimes

Cannot log in. Not reliable. I prefer to use paper ticket.

Want my money back!

I used to love this app. It was way easier to add money when I was in a hurry... But since the beginning of April when I try to add money from my credit card on the app it doesnt work but it took my money..

Late bus tracking needs work

If Pace bus is late to a stop it disappears. Arrival times are good except when the clock moves past expected arrival - then poof. The bus is gone from the tracker. Not good. Card management and timetables are useful.

Needs better testing

The original version worked fine until the latest broke my login each time I launch the application. Very annoying when I have to rush re-login every morning and evening prior to the conductor coming to check my ticket.

STOLE MY $

The app (not the ticket) timed out while I was waiting for the conductor to check it. When he came by it looked like I had not started a ticket so I had to start a new one. Then it showed I had used 2. Conductor could not help and email to support was ignored.

FUNCTIONALITY IMPROVEMENT.

Id like to be able to pay with my phone. The entire purpose of mobile apps is to do away with cards. Waiting patiently for a much needed upgrade.

Great for Metra, Not for Ventra/CTA

Love the app for Metra. The only annoying thing for use with Metra is what has already been mentioned regarding the "ticket" closing when you open another app on the iPhone. However, the app freezes when you try to "add transit value" on the My Ventra Card page. Whenever I click the link for "auto load" or "add value" an error message reads: "no catalog available for transit value." So...I cannot load value to the Ventra card. UPDATE the app!
